国内近三十年来近代盐工研究述评

A Summary of Research on Salt Workers in Recent 30 Years in China

盐是人类生活的必需品,是中国古代及近代重要的专卖品,与国家经济、政治、军事以及社会生活等有着密不可分的关系,由此盐业史也成了学术界研究的重要对象。盐工作为盐业的最直接生产者,与盐业发展休戚相关,是盐业历史的最直接参与者、见证者。本文就近三十年来国内有关近代盐工的研究成果进行梳理,以推进对盐工的进一步研究。

Salt is a necessity of human life and an important monopoly product since ancient China,which is closely related to national economy,politics,military affairs and social life.Therefore,the history of salt industry has become an important object of academic research.As the most direct producer of salt industry,salt workers are closely related to the production and development of salt industry.They are the most direct participants and witnesses in the history of salt industry.This article sorts out the domestic research results of modern salt workers in the past 30 years to promote further research on salt workers.
