ARID1A在肿瘤中的作用及治疗方案的研究进展

Role and treatment of ARID1A in mutant tumors

ARID1A是染色体重塑复合物SWI/SNF家族BAF亚基中的一个成员,已有大量研究发现,ARID1A在多种肿瘤中存在突变,在有些肿瘤类型中突变率甚至可达到20%。目前研究数据显示,ARID1A在癌症中作为抑癌基因影响相关肿瘤的发生发展,在肿瘤的形成、增殖、侵袭迁移、细胞周期以及DNA的损失修复等方面发挥重要的作用。该文主要对ARID1A在泛癌中的研究进展、在肿瘤中的作用及其作用机制以及潜在治疗靶点进行描述,希望为依赖ARID1A的肿瘤诊断和治疗提供新思路。

ARID1A encodes a non-catalytic subunit of SWI/SNF chromosome remodeling complex BAF.Cancer genome sequencing data based on next-generation sequencing techniques have shown that ARID1A is frequently mutated in a variety of cancers,up to 20%in some cancer types.A growing body of evidence shows that ARID1A,as a tumor suppressor gene,affects the occurrence and development of cancers.ARID1A plays an important role in cell cycle,DNA replication,DNA repair and transcriptional regulation,which might contribute to tumor formation,proliferation and migration.This review article mainly describes the research progress on ARID1A in pan-cancer,as well as potential therapeutics,hoping to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
