林家坤教授治疗虚劳用药规律研究

Research on medication regularity of Professor Lin Jia-kun in the treatment of consumptive disease

目的研究林家坤教授治疗虚劳病用药规律,为临床实践提供参考。方法选取林家坤教授2019年1~11月于林家坤工作室门诊诊治的76例虚劳患者,采用中国中医科学院中药研究所开发的中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对录入的数据进行分析。结果共收集91首治疗虚劳的处方,涉及中药136味。使用次数≥45次的药物共计10种,四气以温、寒、平为主,五味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经主要为脾、肝、肺、胃、肾、心;中药药对组合10组,分析提取新处方10首。结论林家坤教授治疗虚劳重视脾胃及侧重甘温药物,其经验值得学习、推广。

Objective To study the medication regularity of Professor Lin Jia-kun in the treatment of consumptive disease,in order to provide the reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 76 patients with consumptive disease who were treated by Professor Lin Jia-kun in the outpatient clinic of Lin Jia-kun's studio from January to November 2019 were selected.The input data were analyzed using the auxiliary platform for traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5)developed by the Institute of Chinese Materia Medica China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Results A total of 91 prescriptions for the treatment of consumptive disease were collected,136 Chinese herbal medicine was involved.A total of 10 drugs were used more than 45 times.The properties of those Chinese medicine were warm,cold and mild,their tastes were sweet,pungent,bitter,the main meridians included spleen,liver,lung,stomach,kidney and heart.There were 10 groups of high frequency traditional Chinese medicine pairs,and 10 new prescriptions were extracted.Conclusion Professor Lin Jia-kun pays more attention to spleen and stomach and focuses on sweet and warm drugs,and his experience is worth learning and popularizing.
