摘要
突发公共卫生事件破坏性大,影响久远,国家不得不进入应急状态,作为医疗卫生机构的重要力量,全国各地的护理人员迅速加入了抗疫行动,协同所有一线工作者抗击疫情。本文通过对近10年国内学者关于护理人员心理韧性的研究进行综述,探讨和分析了公共卫生事件下护士心理韧性的现状及相关影响因素,并思考和探讨如何提高护理者的心理韧性,促进护理事业发展。
Public health emergencies are devastating and have a long-term impact.The country has to enter an emergency state.As an important force in medical and health institutions,nurses across the country quickly joined the anti-epidemic operation and coordinated with all front-line workers to fight against the epidemic.This article summarizes the research on the psychological resilience of nursing staff by domestic scholars in the past decade,discusses and analyzes the current status and related influencing factors of nurses'psychological resilience under public health events,and considers and discusses how to improve the psychological resilience of nurses,promotes the development of nursing career.
