高频热疗磁疗治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果及对免疫功能的影响观察

Effect of high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence observation on immune function

目的分析高频热疗磁疗治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月~2019年10月在福建省漳州市医院诊治的80例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40例)。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组采取高频热疗磁疗治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、前列腺液白细胞计数以及生活质量。结果实验组的总有效率(92.50%)高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的IL-6水平高于治疗前,TNF-α、IL-1β水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的IL-6水平高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-1β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的社会功能、机体疼痛、心理卫生、躯体功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的社会功能、机体疼痛、心理卫生、躯体功能高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的社会功能、机体疼痛、心理卫生、躯体功能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频热疗磁疗治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果显著,能有效提高免疫功能及生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=40)and the experimental group(n=40)by the random number table method.In the control group,conventional treatment was used,and the experimental group was treated with high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy.The clinical efficacy,white blood cell count in prostatic fluid and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),or interleukin-1β(IL-1β)before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-1βin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6 of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-1βof the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function of the two groups(P>0.05).The social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia magnetic therapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis,which can effectively improve the immune function and ameliorate the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of further promotion and application.
