双能谱CT在头颈CT血管造影消除血管金属植入物伪影的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析双能谱CT在头颈CT血管造影(CTA)消除血管金属植入物伪影的应用价值。方法选取宜春市人民医院2019年4月~2020年4月收治的30例头颈部血管金属植入物术后CTA复查患者,依据电压情况将入选患者分为对照组与实验组,各15例。对照组采用平均加权的120 keV常规CTA图像,实验组采用60~100 keV单能量数据每隔10 keV图像重组,共5组单能量图像。比较两组图像的硬化伪影、血管对比度、影像质量。结果实验组的伪影指数低于对照组,对比噪声比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组中电压为70 keV时的伪影指数低于电压为60、100 keV时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组电压为80 keV时的伪影指数低于电压为60、90、100 keV时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组中电压为70、80 keV时,对比噪声比高于其他电压值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的CT图像质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双能谱CT可有效降低头颈CTA血管金属植入物伪影,70~80 keV时消除金属伪影的效果最好。 Objective To analyze the application value of dual-energy spectrum CT in head and neck CT angiography in eliminating artifacts of vascular metal implants.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,a total of 30 patients with CTA reexamination after head and neck vascular metal implants Yichun People's Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,15 cases in each group.The control group was given 120 keV conventional CTA images,while the experimental group was reconstructed with 60-100 keV single energy data every 10 keV,and there were 5 groups of single energy images.The hardening artifacts,vascular contrast and image quality were compared between the two groups.Results The artifact index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,while the contrast to noise ratio of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the the voltage was 70 keV in the experimental group,the artifact index was lower than the voltage was 60 keV and 100 keV,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the the voltage was 80 keV in the experimental group,the artifact index was lower than the voltage was 60 keV,90 keV and 100 keV,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the voltage was 70 and 80 keV in the experimental group,the contrast to noise ratio was higher than other voltage values,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The image quality of CT in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-energy spectrum CT can effectively reduce the artifacts of vascular metal implants in head and neck CT angiography,and the effect of eliminating metal artifacts is the best at 70-80 keV.
