深刺大肠俞、秩边穴结合耳穴揿针为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical effect of deep needling of Dachangshu and Zhibian acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探讨深刺大肠俞、秩边穴结合耳穴揿针为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年2月江西省婺源县中医院收治的76例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,分别为40例与36例。对照组施以常规毫针针刺法,治疗组施以深刺大肠俞、秩边穴结合耳穴揿针为主治疗,对临床效果、不良反应情况、治疗前及治疗4、7、10、12 d的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分观察分析。结果治疗前,两组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、7、10、12 d后,治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组,且两组的VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深刺大肠俞、秩边穴结合耳穴揿针为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症有显著的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of deep needling of Dachangshu(BL25)and Zhibian(BL54)acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 76 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangxi Province from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and treatment group(n=36)by random number table method.In the control group,conventional filiform needling was used,while in the treatment group,deep needling of Dachangshu and Zhibian acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears was adopted.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at pre-treatment and 4,7,10 and 12 d after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results Before treatment,the VAS scores between the two groups,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 4,7,10 and 12 d treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deep needling of Dachangshu and Zhibian acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears has a remarkable effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
