穴位注射配合穴位按摩、安胎定呕方治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with acupoint massage,Antai Ding'ou Prescription on hyperemesis gravidarum

目的探讨穴位注射配合穴位按摩、安胎定呕方治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2019年12月南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院收诊的68例妊娠剧吐患者,按抽签法分为研究组(34例,穴位注射配合穴位按摩、安胎定呕方)与对照组(34例,穴位注射治疗)。调查并比较两组的痊愈天数、胃动素水平与疗效情况。结果研究组的痊愈天数为(3.17±0.58)d,短于对照组的(5.48±0.72)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组诊疗后的胃动素为(134.78±10.48)ng/L,高于对照组的(97.42±8.27)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组诊疗后的总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射配合穴位按摩、安胎定呕方治疗有助于改善妊娠剧吐患者的胃动素水平,减少其痊愈天数,应用价值良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with acupoint massage,Antai Ding'ou Prescription on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 68 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum who were admitted to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Suzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into research group(34 cases,acupoint injection combined with acupoint massage,Antai Ding'ou Prescription)and control group(34 cases,acupoint injection).The recovery days,motilin levels and curative effect of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum between groups were compared.Results The recovery days of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum in research group of(3.17±0.58)d was shorter than that in the control group of(5.48±0.72)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);motilin of(134.78±10.48)ng/L was higher than that of the control group of(97.42±8.27)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate(100.00%)after diagnosis and treatment in the research group was higher than that of the control group(82.35%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with acupoint massage and Antai Ding'ou Prescription therapy can help improve the level of motilin in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum during pregnancy,reduce the number of days of recovery,and have good application value.
