十年前后贵州癌症患者生活质量影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on the quality of life of cancer patients in Guizhou around ten years

目的探讨十年前后贵州癌症患者生活质量影响因素。方法分别于2005年9月~2006年10月及2015年10月~2016年2月选取贵州省各三甲医院肿瘤科患者104例和112例,采用欧洲生活质量核心量表[EORTC QLQ-C30(V3.0)]调查手册进行生活质量及其影响因素调查。结果十年后,贵州癌症患者的整体生活质量高于十年前,疲乏、便秘、经济困难、情绪功能、躯体功能、气短、中药、知情方式、知情情况、血红蛋白、费用、C反应蛋白(CRP)等11个因素对整体生活质量因子有明显的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贵州当前时期癌症患者生活质量较十年前明显提高,及时给予营养干预对改善患者生活质量及预后尤为重要。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of quality of life of cancer patients in Guizhou around ten years.Methods From September 2005 to October 2006 and October 2015 to February 2016,104 and 112 oncology patients were selected from the oncology departments of the third-class A hospitals in Guizhou Province.The european quality of life core scale[EORTC QLQ-C30(V3.0)]questionnaire manual was used to investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors.Results Ten years later,the overall quality of life of cancer patients in Guizhou was higher than ten years ago,and eleven factors such as fatigue,constipation,economic difficulties,emotional function,physical function,shortness of breath,Chinese medicine,informed manner,informed situation,hemoglobin,cost,C-reactive protein(CRP)had significant effects on the overall quality of life,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Currently,the quality of life of cancer patients in guizhou is significantly improved compared with that of ten years ago.Timely nutritional intervention is important to improve the quality of life and prognosis of cancer patients.
