静脉用药调配中心细胞毒性药物的防护策略

Protection strategy of cytotoxic drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture services

本文结合近年来相关的文献资料,明确细胞毒性药物的职业危害,结合静脉用药调配中心自身特点,从细胞毒性药物集中静脉集中配置的流程和职业防护等方面,针对性地提出具体的防护策略,以期提高静脉用药调配中心工作人员的自身风险防范能力,避免职业危害。细胞毒性药物具有一定的职业危害性,规范配制操作方法很有必要,静脉用药调配中心的工作人员需不断地提高自己的风险防范能力与按规范操作的意识,最大限度地减少职业危害,确保自身安全。

In this paper,the occupational hazards of cytotoxic drugs are clarified based on the relevant literature in recent year,combined with the characteristics of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAs),from the centralized cytotoxic drug intravenous configuration process and occupational protection,etc.In order to improve the risk prevention ability of PIVAs staff and avoid occupational hazards,specific protection strategies are proposed.Cytotoxic drugs have certain occupational hazards,and it is necessary to standardize the preparation and operation methods.The staffs of the intravenous drug preparation center need to continuously improve their risk prevention capabilities and awareness of standard operation to minimize occupational hazards and ensure their own safety.
