舒适护理在组合人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in combination artificial liver therapy for patients with liver failure

目的探讨舒适护理在组合人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月上饶市第二人民医院收治的46例组合人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者作为研究对象,按护理内容不同分为对照组(23例)与舒适组(23例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,舒适组则同时施行舒适护理服务。比较两组的舒适度、健康知识掌握度、情绪状态及满意度。结果舒适组的舒适度评分、健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取舒适护理能有效提升组合人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者舒适度、健康知识掌握度、满意度,并改善患者情绪,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of liver failure patients with combined artificial liver.Methods A total of 46 patients with combined artificial liver for liver failure who were admitted to Shangrao Second People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing content,they were divided into control group(23 cases)and comfort group(23 cases).The control group used conventional nursing intervention,while patients in the comfort group received comfort nursing services.The comfort,health knowledge mastery,emotional state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort and health knowledge mastery scores of the comfort group were higher than those of the control group,the anxiety assessment scale(SAS)and depression assessment scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking comfort care can effectively improve the comfort,mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients with liver failure combined with artificial liver,and improve the mood of patients.The clinical application effect is significant.
