Germination Test of New Agapanthus Varieties Heideborn

[目的]通过给予不同处理条件确定百子莲最适发芽温度和相对湿度。[方法]以百子莲新品种“海德伯恩”种子进行发芽试验,分别采用9个处理,测定并统计发芽指标。[结果]百子莲新品种“海德伯恩”最适发芽温度为20℃,最适发芽相对湿度为90%。[结论]可为百子莲品种萌发提供参考。

[Objective]To determine the optimum germination temperature and relative humidity of Lotus by different treatment conditions.[Method]Seed germination test was carried out on the seeds of a new variety of lotus seed"heidelborn".Nine treatments were used to determine and count the germination indexes.[result]The optimum germination temperature was 20℃and the optimum relative humidity was 90%.[Conclusion]It can provide reference for the germination of the seeds.
