特早熟优质抗病棉花新品种辽棉45选育及栽培技术 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]选育特早熟的优质抗病棉花新品种。[方法]辽棉45是以辽棉16号为母本,以SGK321为父本,通过杂交系谱法选育而成。[结果]2017—2018年辽棉45进行辽宁省棉花品种区域试验,皮棉平均产量1215.1 kg/hm^2,比对照辽棉23号增产3.2%。2019年参加生产试验,皮棉平均产量971.0 kg/hm2,比对照辽棉23号增产3.0%。辽棉45抗枯黄萎病;纤维上半部平均长度33.1 mm,整齐度指数85.0%,断裂比强度31.5cN/tex,马克隆值4.2;2020年通过辽宁省农作物品种审定委员会审定。[结论]辽棉45适宜在辽宁等特早熟棉区和北疆早熟棉区种植。 [Objective]To breed a new cotton variety with extra-early maturing&high-quality&high disease-resistant.[Method]Liaomian 45 was bred by Liaomian 16(♀)and SGK321(♂).[Result]Liaomian 45 was tested on variety regional trial of Liaoning Province in 2017 to 2018.,the average output of lint cotton was 1215.1 kg/hm2,an increase of 3.2%over Liaomian 23(CK).Tested on production trials in 2019,the average output of lint cotton was 971.0 kg/hm^2,with increase of 3.0%over Liaomian 23(CK).Liaomian 45 was resistant to verticillium wilt;the average length of the upper half of the fiber was 33.1 mm,the uniformity index was 85.0%,the fracture specific strength was 31.5 cN/tex,and the Micronaire value was 4.2.It has been approved by Liaoning Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2020.[Conclusion]Liaomian 45 was suitable for planting in Liaoning and other areas of early maturing cotton and northern Xinjiang.
