摘要
石墨烯因其独特的结构和优异的力学性能,可作为增强相大幅度提高金属材料的强度、刚度等力学性能及导电、导热等物理性能,从而得到高性能的结构和功能材料。综述了石墨烯在Mg、Al、Ti、Cu、Ni等金属材料中的应用研究与进展,介绍了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料中预处理技术,分析了目前石墨烯增强金属材料存在的主要问题,展望了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料的发展趋势。
Because of its unique structure and excellent mechanical properties, graphene can be used as a reinforced phase to greatly improve the strength, stiffness and other mechanical properties of metal materials, as well as electrical and thermal conductivity and other physical properties, so as to obtain high performance structural and functional materials.Application research and progress of graphene in Mg, Al, Ti, Cu, Ni and other metal materials were reviewed. the methods of adding graphene into metal materials in uniform dispersion was introduced. The existing main problems of graphene reinforced metal materials were analyzed, and the development trend of graphene reinforced metal matrix composite was prospected.
