摘要
激光选区熔化理论上可加工任意复杂的金属工件,但悬臂结构的成形一直是SLM加工中的难点,限制了SLM的实际应用。现有工艺通过添加临时支撑的方法来成形悬臂结构,增加了制造时间和制造成本。发现了一种可在粉床上直接加工成形的水平枝状结构,研究了枝状结构的纵向和横向生长特性,以及激光功率与加工宽度的关系。结果表明,这种枝状结构具有良好的平整度和机械强度,为悬臂结构的加工提供了新方法。
Theoretically, any complex workpiece can be processed by selective laser melting, but the overhanging structure forming has always been a difficulty in SLM processing,which limits the practical application of SLM. The usual process forms the overhanging structure by adding temporary support, which increases the manufacturing time and cost. A horizontal branch structure that can be directly printed on a powder bed was found. The longitudinal and transverse growth characteristics of dendritic structures and the relationship between laser power and processing width were studied. The results show that this kind of branch structure has good flatness and mechanical strength, which can provide a new method for processing overhanging structure.
