With the goal of ecological civilization construction being written into the constitution historically,the implementation of red line for ecological protection system has become a hot issue in the research field of ecological environmental protection in recent years.The red line system of ecological protection is a new judgment made by the state on the new situation and new problems faced in the construction of ecological civilization.The red line system is a major innovation in optimizing ecological environment governance system and promoting the modernization of environmental governance capacity.It is also the enrichment and development of the standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marxist philosophy.To this end,there is a need to understand the red line system of ecological protection guided by Marxist philosophy,to build a firm ecological red line,to set up“red line thinking”,practice the“red line system”,to optimize the security pattern of ecological space,and to make the red line of legal system for ecological protection more scientific and reasonable.
