中小学教师培训需求管理的问题及对策 被引量:2

摘要 培训需求是培训工作的出发点和落脚点,培训需求管理是培训质量管理的第一环节。教师培训需求的五个特点决定了做好教师培训需求管理的特殊性。当前教师培训需求管理在对象识别、需求分析、知识管理等方面还存在一些不足。因此,需推动教师培训与学校发展深度融合;加强需求管理相关能力培养,提升教师培训需求管理水平;利用信息化技术,加强配套机制建设,以做好知识管理。 Training needs is the starting point and end point of training work,and training needs management is the first link of training quality management.The five characteristics of teacher training needs determine the particularity of doing a good job in teacher training needs management.At present,there are still some deficiencies in training needs management for primary and secondary school teachers,such as object identification,need analysis,knowledge management and other aspects.To this end,the follow measures are suggested:promoting the in-depth integration of teacher training and school development;strengthening capacity training relating to needs management,and improving the teacher’s ability of training needs management;strengthening the construction of supporting mechanisms by using information technology,and doing a good job in knowledge management.
