摘要
高等教育国际化和科技兴国要求加强培养国际学术交流能力的学术英语课程。以网络问卷方式对西部某综合性研究型大学在修学术英语学生的学习现状和学习需求进行调查研究,结果显示:学生对学术英语课程目标的了解和认同度较高,但也存在明显的学习焦虑情绪;学术英语课程的难度及教学实施过程还有待调整及优化,提示教师及时调整教学策略和教学计划,保证知识传递的有效、有序。
In the context of higher education internationalization and enhancing national strength by science and technology,academic English courses are set up to cultivate international academic communication ability.Through an online questionnaire survey,this study investigates the current learning situation and learning needs of the students taking the course of academic English in a comprehensive research university in western China.The results show that the students have a high level in understanding and recognizing course objectives,but their learning anxiety obviously exists as well.Therefore,there is a need to adjust and optimize the difficulty of academic English teaching and the process of teaching implementation.It is suggested that teachers should adjust teaching strategies and plans in time to ensure the effective and orderly transmission of knowledge.
