On Exploring the Path of Constructing College Smart Libraries in the Background of“Fourteenth FiveYear Plan”

积极编制高校图书馆发展新战略,应对新时代科技文化发展浪潮。基于“十四五”背景,未来高校智慧图书馆建设的重要性逐渐凸显,高校智慧图书馆建设基于实际应用,选择实际的案例开展调查,从经济环境、信息技术、共享理念及智慧服务等多个角度探索,提出全新的建设路径。

At present,college libraries should actively compile the new development strategy to cope with the development tide regarding science,technology and culture in the new era.Under the background of the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”,it is becoming prominently important to construct smart college libraries.To this end,this paper makes an practical investigation on the construction of college smart libraries by selecting actual cases,and explores and puts forward new paths of constructing smart college libraries from multiple perspectives,such as economic environment,information technology,sharing ideas,smart services and so on.
