基于积极情绪主题的护理干预对手术室护士心理弹性的影响

The intervention research on promoting the psychological flexibility of operating room nurses based on the theme of positive emotions

目的探讨基于积极情绪为主题的护理干预方案对手术室护士心理弹性的影响。方法选取2019年8—10月我院手术室护士80名为研究对象,根据单双号抽签形式分为对照组和观察组各40名。对照组给予包括护理核心制度、围手术期疼痛管理、手术室护理新进展、消毒灭菌技术与感染管理、围手术期安全管理和新进手术仪器设备的安全使用与管理的常规护理干预,观察组以Mayer和Salovey情绪智力理论为指引,通过文献查询、咨询专家及访谈等方式制定干预方案,采取讲座、角色互换、悄悄话压力、手术间半日游和你说我听等多种方式进行干预。比较两组护士干预前后情绪智力及心理弹性得分。结果干预后,观察组心理弹性和情绪智力得分均高于对照组,且观察组干预后心理弹性(除感知情绪外)及情绪智力得分均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于积极情绪主题的干预方案可提高手术室护士心理弹性水平,有利于促进临床有效工作。

Objective To study the effect of intervention program based on the theme of positive emotion on improving the psychological flexibility of nurses in operating room.Methods 80 nurses in the operating room were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 in each group according single and even number drawing.The control group was given nursing intervention including nursing core system,peri-operative pain management,new progress of operating room nursing,disinfection and sterilization technology and infection management,perioperative safety management and safe use and management of new surgical instruments and equipment.Guided by Mayer and Salovey's theory of emotional intelligence,the experimental group formulated the intervention plan through literature search,consulting experts and interviews.The intervention was carried out by lectures,role exchange,whispering pressure,half day tour in the operating room,and listening to you and me.The scores of emotional intelligence and resilience were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the total score of psychological elasticity and emotional intelligence in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant P<0.01).After intervention,the total scores of psychoelasticity and emotional intelligence in the experimental group were higher than those before intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The intervention program based on the theme of positive emotions can improve the psychological flexibility level of nurses in operating room,enhance their compressive capacity and promote the clinical effective work.
