摘要
目的探讨智能导诊系统在门诊优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1-8月实施前我院门诊患者诊前平均等待时间、平均在院时间、门诊满意度、再次就医意愿及护理质量评分资料,与2019年1-8月实施后应用智能导诊系统后的各项数据进行比较。结果门诊实施智能导诊系统后,患者诊前平均等待时间和在院时间显著缩短;患者门诊满意度及再次就医意愿上升;护理质量评分显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能导诊系统可有效缩短患者等待时间,提升诊疗效率和护理服务质量,改善患者就医体验。
Objective To investigate the application effect of intelligent guidance system in outpatient high quality nursing care.Methods Retrospective data analysis,questionnaire investigation and scale scoring methods were used for this study in a Third-class A hospital in Chongqing,Data from January to August 2019 were set as the study group,data for the same period in 2018 as the control group,the effect before and after the implementation of the intelligent guidance system was compared and evaluated from five dimensions:patient average waiting time,patient average residence time,patient satisfaction,patient willingness of re-admission and nursing quality score.Results The patient average waiting time and the residence time were 19.45 min and 42.15 min respectively in the study group,13.82 min and 20.72 min were saved than the control group.The patient satisfaction and willingness of re-admission are 93.08%and 95.31%,the score of nursing quality control rose up to 97.05.All the evaluation indexes were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patient waiting time were shorten effectively by Intelligent guidance system,the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,the quality of nursing service both have been improved,as well as the patient's medical experience.
