2016-2018年南京市市级监管场所新进羁押人员HIV检测结果分析

Results of HIV Tests of New Detainees in Nanjing Detention Center From 2016 to 2018

目的了解新进羁押人员HIV感染情况,为采取针对性的艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照南京市对监管场所羁押人员监测要求,对2016-2018年南京市市级监管场所新进羁押人员进行HIV抗体检测。数据采用Excel2007软件录入,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行一般描述分析和卡方检验。结果共计检测5031人,其中男性1060人(21.1%),女性3971人(78.9%),检出HIV抗体阳性人数11人,总体阳性检出率为0.22%,女性阳性检出率为0.28%,感染途径以性传播为主。结论该监管场所女性羁押人员HIV检出率高于普通社会人群,此次阳性人员以中青年为主,卫生部门与监管机构需进一步协作加强新进羁押人群检测和健康教育工作,及早发现患病人群,减少疾病传播。

Objective To understand the HIV infection status of new detainees so as to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control.Methods According to the monitoring requirements of custody personnel in regulatory sites in Nanjing City,HIV antibody tests were conducted for new custody personnel in municipal regulatory sites from 2016 to 2018 in Nanjing city.Excel was used to input the data,and SPSS19.0 was used for descriptive analysis.Results A total of 5031 people were tested in this study,including 1060 males(21.1%)and 3971 females(78.9%).The number of HIV antibody positive patients was 11,and the overall positive detection rate was0.22%.Notably,the positive detection rate of females was 0.28%.HIV infection is mainly sexually transmitted.Conclusion The detection rate of HIV among female detainees in this supervision place is higher than that of the general public detainees.Majority of patients are young and middle-aged.Health departments and regulatory agencies need to work together to strengthen HIV testing and health education for new detainees in order to identify the affected population as early as possible,improve the quality of management and treatment,and reduce the spread of diseases.
