补肾活血法联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎的研究

Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type by Bushen Huoxue Method Combined with Ozone Joint Cavity Injection

目的:观察补肾活血法联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月1日-2019年12月31日笔者所在医院疼痛科收治的60例肾虚血瘀型KOA患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予补肾活血全成分颗粒+臭氧关节腔注射治疗。对照组给予依托考昔片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、Lysholm评分。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后Lysholm评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血法联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎的临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue method combined with ozone joint cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:The clinical data of 60 KOA of kidney deficiency patients admitted in the pain department of our hospital from June 1st,2018 to December 31th,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Granule combined with ozone joint cavity injection.The control group was treated with Etoricoxib Tablets.The clinical efficacy,VAS score and Lysholm score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than 70.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue method combined with ozone joint cavity injection has significant clinical effects on KOA of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and it is worthy of promotion.
