高压氧辅助动态关节松动术治疗颈性眩晕的效果分析

摘要 目的:研究高压氧(HBO)辅助动态关节松动术(MWM)治疗颈性眩晕(CV)的效果。方法:选择2019年6月-2020年6月笔者所在医院70例CV患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采用MWM治疗,研究组在HBO辅助下进行MWM治疗。连续治疗2周后,比较两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标、颈椎活动度情况。结果:研究组总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组VA平均血流速度、BA平均血流速度、PSV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组颈椎前屈、后伸、侧屈度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HBO辅助MWM治疗CV的效果显著,能够改善血液流变学,提高颈椎活动度。 Objective:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)assisted mobilization with movement(MWM)in the treatment of cervical vertigo(CV).Method:A total of 70 CV patients in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with MWM,and the study group was treated with MWM assisted by HBO.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,hemorheology indexes and cervical range of motion of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 82.86% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VA average blood flow velocity,BA average blood flow velocity and PSV in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,cervical anterior flexion,posterior extension and lateral flexion range in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HBO assisted MWM in the treatment of CV has a significant effect,which can improve hemorheology and improve cervical range of motion.
