广东省临床护士对心脏骤停复苏后患者目标体温管理现状调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Management of Target Body Temperature of Patients after Cardiac Arrest and Resuscitation by Clinical Nurses in Guangdong Province

目的:了解广东省临床护士对心脏骤停复苏后患者目标体温管理的认知现状,探讨并分析其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的目标体温管理调查问卷,对广东省23家医院305例临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:共发放305份问卷,回收率100%。临床护士对目标体温管理的认知处于一般水平,只有14.10%临床护士掌握目标体温管理,18.03%临床护士掌握亚低温治疗概念。只有31.80%护士所在科室开展目标体温管理,55.74%护士所在科室具备亚低温治疗设备。结论:临床护士对心脏骤停复苏后患者目标体温管理的认识尚存在不足,仍需进一步提高和更新临床护理人员对目标体温管理相关知识,从而促进临床护理质量和安全。

Objective:To understand the cognitive status of clinical nurses in Guangdong Province on target body temperature management of patients after cardiac arrest and resuscitation,and to explore and analyze the influencing factors.Method:A total of 305 clinical nurses from 23 hospitals in Guangdong Province were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire of target body temperature management.Result:A total of 305 questionnaires were sent out and the recovery rate was 100%.The clinical nurses’awareness of target body temperature management was at an average level,only 14.10% of clinical nurses master the target temperature management,and 18.03% of clinical nurses master the concept of mild hypothermia treatment.Only 31.80% of nurses’departments carry out target temperature management,and 55.74% of nurses’departments had mild hypothermia treatment equipment.Conclusion:There is still a lack of understanding of target body temperature management of patients after cardiac arrest and resuscitation among clinical nurses.It is necessary to further improve and update the knowledge of target body temperature management among clinical nurses,so as to promote the quality and safety of clinical nursing.
