中医辨证施护应用于干眼症患者的效果分析

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Patients with Dry Eye

目的:探究中医辨证施护应用于干眼症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5-11月于笔者所在医院就诊的干眼症患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上加入中医辨证护理干预,观察两组患者临床效果、相关指标试验结果及生活质量评分。结果:研究组总有效率88.57%,明显高于对照组的68.57%(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组泪液破裂时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05),角膜荧光染色评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),泪液分泌量优于对照组,情绪、社会功能、活力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证护理干预应用于干眼症的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of syndrome differentiation nursing in dry eye patients.Method:A total of 70 patients with dry eye who were treated in our hospital from May to November 2019 were divided into control group and study group according to the method of random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was added traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect,related index test results and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(88.57%)was significantly higher than 68.57%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the tear rupture time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05),the corneal fluorescence staining score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the tear secretion was better than that of the control group,the emotion,social function and vitality score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with dry eye.
