宫腔镜直视下息肉电切术对子宫内膜息肉患者疗效的影响

Curative Effect of Electrotomy for Endometrial Polyps under Hysteroscopy Direct Vision on Patients with Endometrial Polyps

目的:探讨宫腔镜直视下息肉电切术对子宫内膜息肉患者疗效的影响。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者84例,随机分为研究组和对照组各42例,对照组给予刮宫术治疗,研究组给予宫腔镜直视下息肉电切术治疗,观察分析并发症发生率、临床指标。结果:研究组并发症发生率2.4%,低于对照组的28.6%(P<0.05);研究组手术时间(25.6±2.1)min,短于对照组的(27.1±3.1)min(P<0.05),复发率34.21%,明显低于对照组15.93%(P<0.05),且术中出血量(17.5±1.9)ml及住院时间(3.5±0.3)d与对照组的(17.6±2.1)ml、(3.6±0.2)d比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用宫腔镜直视下息肉电切术治疗对子宫内膜息肉患者治疗效果理想,可有效降低并发症发生率,减少出血量及复发率,可推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of electrotomy of polyp under hysteroscope direct vision on the curative effect of endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 84 endometrial polyps patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 42 cases each.The control group was given curettage and the study group was given hysteroscopy under direct vision,and polyp resection was performed,and the incidence of complications and clinical indicators were observed and analyzed.Result:The complication rate in the study group was 2.4%,which was lower than 28.6%in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time in the study group was(25.6±2.1)min,shorter than(27.1±3.1)min in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 34.21%,which was significantly lower than 15.93%in the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss(17.5±1.9)mland hospitalization time(3.5±0.1)d were compared with(17.6±2.1)ml,(3.6±0.2)d in the control group,and there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of hysteroscopy under direct vision polyp resection is ideal for the treatment of endometrial polyps.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the blood volume and recurrence rate,and can be popularized.
