中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Rehabilitation in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Osteoarthritis

目的:针对老年骨性关节炎患者在治疗过程中实施中医骨科康复治疗方案,对其临床效果进行分析。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年8月新疆昌吉州回族自治州奇台县中医医院针灸科接收的老年骨性关节炎患者158例,随机分为对照组(79例,针灸治疗)和观察组(79例,中医骨科康复治疗)。两组均以5 d为1个疗程,连续5个疗程。治疗后对比两组治疗有效率及疼痛率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后疼痛率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年骨性关节炎患者实施中医骨科康复治疗方案效果显著,可有效改善患者疼痛情况,也为临床后期在针对治疗该病的基础上提供了新的思路和方式。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation in treatment of elderly patients with osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 158 elderly patients with osteoarthritis from May 2017 to August 2018 in Qitai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang province were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group(79 cases,acupuncture treatment)and the observation group(79 cases,rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine).Both groups were treated with 5 days as one course of treatment for 5 consecutive courses.After treatment,the effective rate and pain rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain rate after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the elderly patients with osteoarthritis in the treatment process,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation is effective,can effectively improve the patients’pain,but also for the later clinical treatment of the disease on the basis of new ideas and methods.
