规范化胸痛中心的建立对急诊停留时间及住院时间的影响研究

Influence of the Establishment of Standardized Chest Pain Center on the Emergency Stay Time and Hospitalization Time

目的:探讨规范化胸痛中心的建立对急诊停留时间及住院时间的影响。方法:选取2016年1-12月规范化胸痛中心建立前笔者所在医院收治的227例胸痛患者设为对照组,同时选取2019年1-12月规范化胸痛中心建立后笔者所在医院收治的227例胸痛患者设为研究组。比较两组急诊停留时间及住院时间。结果:研究组急诊停留时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心肌酶结果回报时间、首份心电图回报时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组院内死亡率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化胸痛中心的建立对胸痛患者的诊治有着极高的应用价值,可缩短患者各项检查的时间,为患者早期接受治疗提供保障,从而降低死亡率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the influence of the establishment of standardized chest pain center on the emergency stay time and hospitalization time.Method:A total of 227 patients with chest pain admitted in our hospital before the establishment of standardized chest pain center from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,and 227 patients with chest pain admitted in our hospital after the establishment of standardized chest pain center from January to December 2019 were selected as the study group.The emergency stay time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Result:The emergency stay time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The return time of myocardial enzyme results,the return time of the first electrocardiogram in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The in-hospital mortality in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of standardized chest pain center has a high application value for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chest pain.It can shorten the time of patients’examination,provide guarantee for patients to receive early treatment,and reduce the mortality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
