水稻可降解钵苗精准切块装置设计与试验

摘要 为满足水稻可降解钵苗精准栽插的技术要求,设计一种新型的精准切块装置。该装置基于可降解钵苗盘按穴精准移送,采用连杆往复机构、切块机构、导向支撑机构等。针对可降解钵苗盘精准切块的要求,完成关键部件的设计,连接板与导向块的最小距离为200 mm,切刀行程为34 mm;对精准切块装置工作原理进行分析,建立切块机构运动学模型,并利用Adams进行虚拟仿真试验,仿真结果表明:在切块作业过程中,连接板与导向块的最小距离为201.67 mm,切刀行程为33.55 mm;试制加工切块装置,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明:连接板与导向块的实测最小距离、切刀实测行程与理论设计值相比两者的相对误差都小于3%,切块装置在不伤苗的同时可以实现钵与钵的精准分离。 In order to satisfy the precise planting requirements of rice cutting device,this paper designs a new type of rice cutting device.The device is based on the degradable potted seedling.This device adopts the connecting rod reciprocating mechanism,cutting mechanism,guiding mechanism.In this paper,according to the requirements of the degradable potted-seedling tray for cutting-seedling,the design of the key components was completed;the minimum distance of 200 mm between the connecting plate and the guide block,and the cutter stroke is 34 mm;the working principle of the cutting-seedling device was analyzed,and the kinematics model of the cutting-seedling mechanism was established,and the virtual simulation analysis was carried out by using Adams to verify the feasibility of the design;the simulation results showed that the minimum distance of 201.67 mm between the connecting plate and the guide block,and the cutter stroke is 33.55 mm;the cutting-seedling device was trial manufactured and verified by experiments.The experimental results showed that:the relative error of measured minimum distance between the connecting plate and the guide block,the measured stroke of the cutter is less than 3%,the design of the cutting-seedling device can complete cut potted seedling precision on the premise of mechanical uninjured plants.
