基于卫星测速小麦精量电驱式播种控制系统 被引量:12

Research on precision electric seeding control system based on satellite velocity measurement for wheat

摘要 设计一款基于卫星测速并随速控制播种量的电驱式精量播种施肥机,以卫星接收模块单机接收地表速度数据,并调控排种排肥电机转速,驱动采用步进电机,从而实现精确的前进速度测量及随速度变化进行精确的排种控制;设计4种前进速度,以实测排种排肥量与计算值进行对比;试验结果表明:卫星测速控制和闭环步进电机驱动排种排肥时,排种实测值与计算值比较误差未超5%,可以保证不同前进速度时播种均匀,并且在前进速度提高时有着更高的播种精度,可以适用于高速播种。 This study is to design a speed based on the satellite and the speed control rate of electric drive type precise machinery data receiving module single satellite receiving surface speed,motor speed and regulate rows of fertilizer,driver using stepper motor,so as to realize the precise speed measurement and precise metering in accordance with the speed change control.Four kinds of forward speeds were designed to compare the measured seed discharge and fertilizer discharge with the calculated value.The experimental results showed that when the satellite speed measurement control and closed-loop stepping motor drive the seeding and fertilizer discharge,the comparison error between the measured seeding value and the calculated value was not more than 5%,which could ensure the uniform seeding at different forward speeds,and had higher seeding precision when the advancing speed was improved,and could be applied to high-speed seeding.
