摘要
利用超声波传播于液体引起的气泡共振作用,应用于处理水箱内表面的污垢。根据除垢的各项参数以及除垢参数精度的要求,设计了超声波除垢的电源系统与水箱结构。实验结果表明:水箱内部的不同位置除垢效果是不同的,根据不同参数位置选择超声波换能器安装的最佳位置。
The ultrasonic wave is used to deal with the fouling on the surface of water tank.According to the parameters of scale removal and the requirements of the precision of the parameters.the power supply system and the structure of the water tank for ultrasonic scale removal were designed.The experimental results show that the scale removal effect is different at different positions in the water tank.and the optimal position for ultrasonic transducer installation is selected according to different parameter positions.
