摘要
综述了纳豆激酶的生化特性、防治心血管疾病的功效及应用前景,重点阐述了纳豆激酶在心血管疾病方面的药理作用,表明纳豆激酶可以作为预防和治疗血管性疾病的膳食补充剂,其作为药品的开发前景广阔。
This paper reviewed the biochemical properties,efficacy in cardiovascular disease management and the application prospect of nattokinase(NK),and the pharmacological effects of NK on cardiovascular diseases were analyzed.The results indicated that NK could be used as a kind of dietary supplement for the prevention and treatment on vascular diseases,and its drug development was equally promising.
