美丽乡村建设成果评价与优化策略研究——以甘肃省金昌市陈家沟村为例

Research on Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Beautiful Country Construction Achievements——Take Chenjiagou Village,Jinchang City,Gansu Province as an Example

通过对金昌市国家级美丽休闲乡村——陈家沟村进行实地调查研究,同时利用层次分析法评价《金昌市金川区陈家沟村美丽乡村建设规划》涉及的产业发展、村庄整治、基础设施和景观环境改造等方面的落实情况。借助数据成果,分析了陈家沟村在落实美丽乡村规划时产业发展较慢、村民公众参与度较低等方面的问题,并提出了陈家沟村未来规划编制和建设发展方面的对策建议。

Through the field investigation and research on Chenjiagou Village,a national-level beautiful leisure vil⁃lage in Jinchang City,the analytic hierarchy process is usedto evaluate the implementation of the Beautiful Village Construction Plan of Chenjiagou Village,Jinchuan District,Jinchang City.It involves industrial development,village renovation,infrastructure and landscape environment renovation,etc.With the help of data results,it is analyzed that the problems in the implementation of beautiful rural planning in Chenjiagou Village are mainly in the aspects of slow industrial development and low public participation of villagers.After studying the problems,suggestions are put forward to the compilation of future planning,construction and development of Chenjiagou Village.
