松月Cerasus serrulata‘Superba’嫁接繁育试验

Grafting Propagation of Cerasus serrulata‘Superba’

松月是蔷薇科樱属园艺品种,属大型重瓣花,开花时花团锦簇,观赏价值非常高。试验以钟花樱(Cer⁃asus campanulata)和云南樱桃(C yunnanensis)优株‘广州’樱为砧木,采用切接法,探讨砧木种类、砧木木质化程度和砧木大小对其嫁接繁育的影响。结果表明:(1)相较钟花樱而言,‘广州’樱与松月的亲缘关系更近;(2)已木质化的、地径为1.0~1.5cm的钟花樱作砧木嫁接松月的效果较好。

Cerasus serrulata‘Superba’is a horticultural cultivar in the genus Cerasus of Rosaceae,having big flowers with 20~30 petals which are very beautiful when they bloom.Using cutting method,C.serrulata‘Superba’was graft⁃ed on C.campanulata and superior individual of C.yunnanensis named‘Guangzhou ying’to study the effects of stock type,size and lignification degree.The results showed that it has closer relationship with‘Guangzhou ying’than C.campanulata.Moreover,the lignified seedlings of C.campanulata with ground diameter of 1.0~1.5cmhave better effect.
