7个中山杉品种低温半致死温度与耐寒性评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of Low Temperature Semi-lethal Temperatureand Cold Tolerance of Seven Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’Cunninghamia lanceolata Varieties

摘要 为确定中山杉适宜栽植区及杂交育种选择耐寒亲本,以中山杉302、118、401、405、149、402、406为试验材料,对其萌芽前的枝条分别采用-8℃、-12℃、16℃、-20℃、-24℃、-28℃、-32℃的低温胁迫处理,根据细胞膜透性的变化配合Logistic方程,求得半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,不同低温处理下,各品种枝条的相对电导率和细胞膜伤害率的增加呈“S”形曲线,与相应的低温呈极显著负相关;7个中山杉品种的低温半致死温度分别为-18.7℃(302)、-20.5℃(118)、-22.9℃(401)、-21.5℃(405)、-19.9℃(149)、-21.8℃(402)、-26.9℃(406)。中山杉406的耐寒性最强,中山杉401的耐寒性较强,中山杉302的耐寒性最弱,其余品种的耐寒性居中。 302,118,401,405,149,402 and 406 were used as experimental materials. The branches before germination of Taxodium’Zhongshanshan’were treated with low temperature stress of-8℃,-12℃,-16℃,-20℃,-24℃,-28℃ and-32℃,respectively. According to the changes of cell membrane permeability and Logistic equation,semilethal was obtained. Temperature(LT50),in order to provide scientific basis for determining the suitable planting area and selecting cold-tolerant parents for cross breeding of Taxodium’Zhongshanshan’. The results showed that the increase of relative conductivity and cell membrane damage rate of branches under different low temperature treatments showed a"S"curve,which was negatively correlated with the corresponding low temperature. The low temperature semi-lethal temperatures of 7 cultivars were-18.7℃(-302),-20.5℃(-118),-22.9℃(-401),-21.5℃(-405),-19.9℃(-149),-21.8℃(-402),-26.9℃(-406). Taxodium’Zhongshanshan’406 has the strongest cold tolerance.Taxodium’Zhongshanshan’401 has the strongest cold tolerance,Taxodium’Zhongshanshan’302 has the weakest cold tolerance,and other varieties have the middle cold tolerance.
