摘要 为在作业中避免管线交叉,缩短管线调整时间,保证管线布设质量,采用打起部分水下管线,分段互换不同绞吸船之间管线的方法,同时在适当位置加装呼吸阀,最后绞吸船直接注水下沉管线的多点定位布设工艺,最终达到了两条绞吸船管线未出现交叉、管线施工时间较预计时间减少、管线布设符合预期线路的目的。本管线施工工艺创新可以有效解决小范围多条管线同时敷设容易造成交叉,管线较长造成管线上浮和下沉时间较长等问题,提高管线敷设质量,保证施工安全。 In order to avoid pipeline crossing in the construction,shorten pipeline adjusting time and ensure pipeline layout quality,the method of lifting part of underwater pipelines and interchanging the pipelines of different cutter suction dredgers is adopted,the breathing valves are installed at appropriate positions,and the pipeline is filled with water directly by the suction dredger to complete the sinking work.The above multi-point layout technology avoids the pipeline crossing of two suction dredgers,reduces the construction time and accords with the planned route.The innovated technology effectively solves the problems such as the crossing risk easily caused by laying many pipelines simultaneously in a small range,longer floating and sinking time of pipeline caused by it length,which improves the pipeline layout quality and guarantees the construction safety.
