吹填管线中独立动力源液压闸阀研制与应用

摘要 在码头工程大面积吹填施工中,颗粒大的泥沙易在管口周围快速堆积,不利于陆面平整度控制。为保证施工质量,需要绞吸船频繁停工来调整管线,极大地影响了船舶施工时间利用率。本文通过研制一种独立动力源液压闸阀,实现绞吸船在不停工状态下调整吹填管线,有效提高了吹填施工效率。 In the dredger-filling construction of a large area of wharf project,large-grained silt deposits around the mouth of pipe easily and quickly,which is not conducive to the control of land surface smoothness.In order to ensure the construction quality,the cutter suction dredger has to be shut down frequently to adjust the pipeline.However,the shutdown of equipment greatly lowers the time utilization rate in construction.Thus a hydraulic gate valve with independent power supply is developed to realize the adjustment of pipeline while the equipment is running,and to improve the efficiency of dredger-filling construction to a large extent.
