摘要
为解决构件结构耐久性差、在水上群抛施工中效率低、定位质量差的问题,本文在对结构进行优化的基础上,依据水上抛投流程对施工工艺进行探讨。创新性地提出了采用多架位自动脱钩装置进行精准定位抛投作业的施工方案,大大提高了施工效率,同时避免了人员甲板作业,降低了安全隐患。
In order to improve the durability,the efficiency of waterborne casting construction and the positioning quality of four-face and six-side permeable structure,the construction technology is studied according to the optimized structure and the waterborne casting process.An innovative construction plan is proposed,that is,the automatic multi-frame de-coupler is used to precisely position the casting of revetment structures.The above application supports high efficiency,prevents workers from the operation on deck,reduces the hidden trouble.
