摘要 针对现有潜标系统信号调理电路功耗高、相位一致性差以及信噪比低的问题,设计了相应的信号调理电路。该信号调理电路包含16个信号调理通道,每个通道由前置放大电路、滤波电路、后级放大缓冲电路组成。实际测试表明,每个通道功耗仅有16 mW,本底噪声有效值为2μV,各个通道之间相位差小于1°。经实际应用,电路稳定可靠,满足系统要求。 Aiming at the problem that the signal conditioning circuit in existing submarine buoy system is high power consumption,poor phase consistency and low signal-to-ratio,a corresponding signal conditioning circuit was designed.The signal conditioning circuit includes 16 signal conditioning channels,each of which is composed of a preamplifier circuit,a filter circuit and a post amplifier buffer circuit.The practical testing indicates that power consumption per channel is only 16 mW,the self-noise RMS is 2μV and phase difference between channels is less than 1°.According to practical application,the circuit is reliable and can meet the requirements.
