哑铃型双孔热极化熔石英光纤设计与仿真

摘要 为了进一步提高热极化熔石英光纤二阶非线性系数,设计了一种哑铃型双孔双阳极热极化熔石英光纤,利用载流子扩散迁移模型,通过COMSOL多物理场数值,仿真计算分析了哑铃型双孔双阳极熔石英光纤热极化内建电场和二阶非线性系数随几何结构参数的变化。该理论设计与仿真结果对高二阶非线性效应热极化光纤的制备具有重要意义。 In order to further improve thermal polarized fused quartz optical fiber of second order nonlinear coefficient,this paper designed a kind of dumbbell type double-hole double-anode thermal polarization fused quartz optical fiber,using the carrier diffusion model,through COMSOL more physical field numerical simulation analysis of the dumbbell type double-hole double-anode thermally heat fused quartz optical fiber polarization built-in electric field and the second order nonlinear coefficient along with the change of geometry parameters.In addition,the theoretical design and simulation results are of great significance for the preparation of high second order nonlinear effect thermal polarized fiber.
