The Political Economic Origin of Marx’s Space Thought and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

20世纪60年代发生的人文社会科学领域“空间转向”将空间的社会概念引入哲学范畴,同时催生了马克思主义空间理论的建立与发展。马克思的空间思想蕴含在其对工业城市、土地及地租等具体空间形式的论述之中。不同于政治学、社会学等学科,从马克思主义政治经济学视角看,空间既可作为产品被生产出来,也可作为生产资料和生产力进入生产过程,且当空间进入商品范畴时,便具有商品的诸多特征并衍生出“空间拜物教”。应客观认识当代空间及空间生产的具体形式,并运用马克思的空间思想解析相关空间问题,与时俱进地认识空间新的表达形式,重视新空间在生产中的作用。

The“space turn”that occurred in the 1960s introduced the social concept of space into the philosophical category,and at the same time gave birth to the Marxist space theory.Marx’s spatial thoughts are contained in his discussion of specific spatial forms such as industrial cities and land.Different from political science,sociology and other disciplines,from the perspective of Marxist political economy,space can be produced as a product,or used as a means of production and productivity into the production process,and when space enters the category of commodities,it has commodities.When space enters the category of commodities,it has many characteristics of commodities and derives“space fetishism”.We should objectively understand the concrete forms of contemporary space and space production,and use Marx’s space thinking to analyze related space issues,keep up with the times to understand the new expression of space,and attach importance to the role of new space in production.
