摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,数字产业已成为近年来发展最快的产业之一。作为数字产业不断深入发展的关键要素和重要工具——智慧数据资源迅速增加,为推进数字产业的数据化、网络化、虚拟化等提供充足动力。智慧数据资源具有智能化、情境感知性、联通性、计划性、多维交互性和个性化智能推送、可再生性等特点,其管理体系的建立需经过可计算(数字化)、可理解(数据化)、可对话(智慧化)三个阶段。为进一步优化智慧数据资源配置,应将“智慧管理”作为智慧数据资源优化配置的重要方式,加强智慧数据资源的共建共享体系建设,重视大数据与智慧数据资源的融合利用,加强不同社会主体间智慧数据资源的协同管理。
With the rapid development of Information Technology,digital industry has become one of the fastest-growing industries in recent years.As a key element and an important tool for the development of digital industry,intelligent data resources are increasing rapidly,providing sufficient impetus for the digitalization,networking and virtualization of digital industry.Intelligent data resources are characterized by intelligence,situational awareness,connectivity,planning,multi-dimensional interaction,personalized intelligent push,reproducibility,etc.The establishment of its management system needs to go through three stages:computability(quantization),intelligibility(digitization),and dialogism(intelligentization).In order to further optimize the allocation of intelligent data resources,“intelligent management”should be taken as an important way to optimize the allocation of intelligent data resources,strengthen the co-construction and sharing system of intelligent data resources,attach importance to the integration of big data and intelligent data resources,utilize different social subjects to strengthen the cooperative management of intelligent data resources.
