摘要
固体废弃物资源化利用一直是研究的热点问题。基于自主研发的NRT熔炼技术,重点介绍了含硒、碲冶炼废物的协同熔炼新工艺路线,并采用METSIM过程模拟软件建立硒、碲协同熔炼工艺流程静态模型,获得熔炼过程的详细物料平衡、热平衡计算结果,为冶金工程设计提供依据,也为固体废弃物资源化利用提供借鉴。
Utilization of solid waste has always been a hot issue in research.Based on the independent developed NRT smelting technology,new process route of collaborative smelting of selenium and tellurium bearing smelting wastes is introduced.The static model of process flow of collaborative smelting of selenium and tellurium is established by METSIM process simulation software,and detailed material balance and heat balance calculation results of smelting process are obtained,which provides the basis for metallurgical engineering design and reference for utilization of smelting solid waste.
