饮食人类学视域下宁夏吴忠早茶文化探析

An Analysis of Hui Nationality Morning Tea Culture in Wuzhong of Ningxia from the Perspective of Diet Anthropology

宁夏吴忠,近年形成了喝早茶的习惯。不同于人们熟知的粤式早茶,吴忠早茶将回族钟爱的八宝茶、拉面以及其他民族风味小吃完美结合在一起,开创了独具地域特色的饮食文化,受到了吴忠人以及周边游客的追捧。通过饮食人类学研究和田野调查,结合当地的历史地理背景及民族饮食习惯,可以发现吴忠早茶文化呈现出明显的地域特征与民族特色,在兴起和发展过程中已经逐渐成为象征当地饮食文化的新符号。

The local people I in Wuzhong,a Hui nationality inhabited city in Ningxia,have formed a habit of drinking morning tea in recent years.Different from the familiar cantonese morning tea,Wuzhong morning tea unifies Hui favorite“eight-treasure tea”and“hand-pulled noodles”and other Hui flavor snakes perfectly together,created unique characteristics of the regional food culture and well liked by Wuzhong people and surrounding tourists.Through dietary anthropology research and field investigation,combined with the local historical and geographical background and ethnic eating habits,this essay finds that Wuzhong morning tea culture presents obvious regional characteristics and ethnic characteristics.In the process of its springing up and development,it has gradually become a new symbol of local food culture.
