火药自动称药装置优化及静电消除方法

摘要 火药自动称药装置在称量过程中产生的静电会导致物料运输滞留,从而影响称量的精度,电荷积累过多还会引燃、引爆火药等安全事故。对此,通过优化称量装置的材料结构,增添改性涂层,加装静电消除装置,以及强化生产环境指标等措施来消除静电。 Static electricity generated by an automatic gunpowder weighting system during working may hold up mass flow and hence decrease the weighing precision,and even lead to safety accidents,such as igniting gunpowder,detonating gunpowder,due to excessive accumulated electric charges.For this reason,static electricity is eliminated by optimizing the material structure of automatic gunpowder weighting system,adding modified coatings,equipping with electrostatic eliminators as well as improving working condition.
