摘要
利用理论计算及数值模拟对核电压力容器接管段结构进行分析,总结同类产品的锻造成形经验,设计出带接管的压力容器接管段一体化锻造成形方法,在保证产品质量,提高整台压力容器一体化率的同时,节约制造成本,提高生产效率。
A forging technique for integration of a shell section and nozzles on it has been developed on the basis of analysis to the structure of the nozzle section of NPR(nuclear power reactor)pressure vessels by means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation and the experience of making similar products.This technique provides high product quality,improved integration percentage of a whole pressure vessel,lowered construction cost and increased operational efficiency.
