摘要
对加氢钢锭增加预拔长与否及镦粗时水、冒口朝向等四种工艺方案进行模拟分析。在原始钢锭的水、冒口端固定位置设置追踪点,对比分析冲孔后追踪点距内孔表面与距端面距离。结果表明:改变墩粗时水、冒口的朝向,增加预拔长工艺对追踪点位置有影响,而且通过追踪点可以反推出缺陷在原始钢锭中的位置。
Four process plans to determine whether pre-drawing process is necessary and the orientation of the nozzle and riser during upsetting are analyzed by means of simulation.The distances of the tacking point on an original ingot to the inner hole surface and to the end surface compare with that of the tracking point after punching.The result shows that changing the orientation of the nozzle and riser during upsetting and involving pre-drawing process can change the tracking point position.The position of a defect in original ingot can be determined with the change of tracking point position.
