介绍某2400 t调试机械压力机的安全控制系统与安全功能方案。该控制系统使用罗克韦尔1756系列高性能安全PLC作为控制器,罗克韦尔15寸触摸屏作为人机交互界面。同时配置急停按钮、安全光幕、滑块锁、安全桩、多功能报警柱灯、双手操作按钮等一系列安全装置,提高该压力机的安全性,确保模修人员的生命安全。此外,其控制系统采用LAD语言编程,优化控制程序,既保证稳定性又易于维护。
The paper describes the safety control system and safety function of a 2400 t commissioning mechanical press.The control system uses Rockwell's 1756 series high performance safety PLC as controller and Rockwell's 15-in touch screen as human-machine interface as well as a series of safety devices,such as emergency stop button,safety light curtain,slider lock,safety pile,multi-function alarm post lamp,two-hand operation button,to protect the press and die repair personnel safe.The control system is programmed with LAD language and optimized for higher stability and easier maintenance.
