介绍机械压力机平衡缸作用及组成,在建立简化模型后,通过S7-1500 PLC编程将模型输入系统,在人机界面HMI输入模具重量后,由系统自动调节平衡缸气压值到满足平衡负载的使用范围。此系统模型降低人为因素导致平衡负载参数错误的概率,提高设备的人性化、精确化、高效化。

The paper explains the function and components of the balancing cylinder of mechanical presses.A special simplified model is established and then programmed and incorporated into the adjusting system with S7-1500 PLC.The system adjusts automatically the air pressure of the balancing cylinder to the desired value for load balancing after a die weight is input on a HMI so as to lower the possibility of wrong balancing load parameters caused by operators and make the machines user-friendly,precise and efficient.
